Here I go again...

Ok, so in previous post I said how my twins are a testimony.  When we found out we were having twins, we were in absolute shock.  My husband had a headache for 3 days that Darvaset wouldn't even touch.  Knowing the risks involved, we began a prayer list of specific things we wanted to happen in order to safely bring our twinkies into the world.

I wanted to carry them to full-term and weighing at least 5 lbs. each.  I also wanted to be able to deliver them without having to have a c-section.  For this to have the best chance of happening, they both had to be head down.  I wanted the labor to last less than six hours.  I wanted to be able to work up until they were born. I wanted them born healthy without any complications.

Each and every single item on my little list, God answered plus.  I carried them 38 weeks (all the longer the doctor would let me), they weighed over 6 lbs, they were both head down the entire time.  I worked up until they were born.  They were delivered with 2 1/2 hours of labor.  We came home in two days with no NICU time.

It was a true test of patience, prayer, and endurance.  It was a revelation of how big our God is!

I don't want to do it ever again :)
